Shipping & Delivery - Great Trade NZ

At Great Trade NZ, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at an affordable rate. Below is our full shipping policy.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within New Zealand

  • Most international countries worldwide

Please note: We do not ship to countries where courier services are unavailable or restricted due to active conflict, war zones, or government‑imposed delivery bans. If an international order cannot be delivered to your location, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund.

2. Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or large sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Auckland: 1–3 business days

  • North Island: 2–4 business days

  • South Island: 3–6 business days

  • Rural addresses: Add 1–3 extra days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address

  • parcel size and weight

Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Information

 

All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us at greattrade.nz@gmail.com

  • We will open an investigation with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund

7. Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re‑delivery costs.

8. Damaged Parcels

 

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds Policy - Great Trade NZ

At Great Trade NZ, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple returns process.

1. Change of Mind Returns

 

We accept change‑of‑mind returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund Return shipping for faulty/incorrect items is covered by us.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personal care items

  • Underwear

  • Opened food items

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

4. How to Request a Return

 

Email us at greattrade.nz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged/faulty)

  • Reason for return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

5. Refund Processing Time

 

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Change‑of‑mind returns: customer pays return shipping

  • Faulty/incorrect items: Great Trade NZ covers return shipping
